Chairman
He was born in 1964 in Darende, Malatya. He came to Istanbul in 1970 and completed his primary, secondary and high school education here.
He started his business life in Özyaşar Tel, the family business, during his high school years. In 1981, he graduated from Eyüp High School. Later, he developed himself in the field of finance and specialized in this field.
He still serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Çokyaşar Holding, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Çokyaşar Wire and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Çokyaşar Rope. For many years, he also served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Malatya Businessmen Association and Darende Education and Culture Foundation.
Vice Chairman
He was born in 1968 in Darende, Malatya. In 1986, he graduated from Eyüp High School and at the same time he started working at Özyaşar Tel, a family business, and after graduation he worked in the sales department of the Company.
He is currently actively serving as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Çokyaşar Holding, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Çokyaşar Tel and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Çokyaşar Halat.
He is also a congress member of Galatasaray Sports Club.
Independent Board Member
He was born in Istanbul in 1985. He graduated from Istanbul Commerce University, Department of Computer Engineering in 2007, completed his master's degree in Finance at Bilgi University in 2009, and completed his PhD in Economics at Yeditepe University in 2022. He started his career as a Treasurer at Eurobank EFG Group in 2007 and worked as a Treasurer in various institutions until the end of 2012. After 2012, he started operating in the Venture Capital sector with his own company Fortuna Capital and provides consultancy to various companies in both the real sector and the financial services sector.

He graduated from Marmara University, Department of Capital Markets. After completing his internship at Taksim Securities, he started working as an Export Operations Specialist at Özyaşar Tel. After completing his military service in 2010, he returned to the company as a Foreign Trade Manager. He then assumed the roles of Sales Manager, Holding Sales Manager and Deputy General Manager of Trade. Since February 2020, he has been the General Manager of the Holding.
Independent Board Member
Born in Dinar/Afyon in 1970, Tayfun Şentürk graduated from T.E.D Ankara College and then from Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Materials Metallurgy, as a Metallurgical Engineer in the 1992/93 academic year. In the same year, he started his career as an engineer responsible for production in the production supply department at Ekinciler Dış Ticaret, a subsidiary of Ekinciler Holding. After his military service, he became the export-import manager at Diler Holding in 1996. Tayfun Şentürk, who served as Trade Director until 2008, has been working as the Türkiye representative and consultant of many international factories and companies until today. It has been serving the iron and steel industry for 32 years.
General Manager
Born in 1969 in Karabük, Hakan TÜREEN graduated from Abant İzzet Baysal University, Department of Business Administration in 1993. He started his career at Kardemir Karabük Demir Çelik A.Ş., a public company, in 1995, and served in managerial positions in the Cost-Budget Reporting and Sales Directorates until 2015. Hakan TÜREYEN joined Çokyaşar Holding in 2016, where he served as Budget Reporting Manager, Cost Accounting Manager, and finally Analysis and Internal Control Manager during the Holding Period. He also took part in the reference team in the ERP Digital Transformation project, which was successfully taken over in 2022. Hakan Türeyen is the owner of Product Based Profit Optimization and Cost Management distributions. He was appointed as Özyaşar Tel General Manager due to the resignation of L. Ferhat Özmerzi from the position of Özyaşar Tel General Manager on March 7, 2024.
