Strategic Steps in Industrial Energy Efficiency and the CBAM Process

As Özyaşar Tel, we took part in the sectoral conference titled “Energy Efficiency in Industry within the Scope of the EU Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM)”, organized in cooperation with DEinternational (AHK Turkey) and energiewaechter GmbH, and supported by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK) under the German Energy Solutions Initiative program.

The conference offered an in-depth discussion on the impacts of CBAM on the industrial sector and strategic approaches to energy efficiency practices.

Following the conference, upon the recommendation of the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources as a best practice example, we had the pleasure of hosting representatives from the German-Turkish Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AHK Turkey) at our Silivri production facility.
