We Have Digitalized Our Sales Processes with the C4C Sales Cloud Project.

As Çokyaşar Holding, we are pleased to announce the go-live of our “C4C Sales Cloud” project, implemented in collaboration with SAP Gold Partner Felece and our Cokyasar DX team.

Within the scope of this project, we have completely redesigned our customer relationship management processes and started managing all sales operations through an integrated digital platform. We have restructured several critical business processes, including Master Data Management, Customer and Opportunity Management, Activity and Visit Tracking, and Quotation and Order Management.

Through this digital transformation, we have significantly improved the customer experience, enhanced our sales and marketing performance, increased service quality, and achieved operational efficiency and cost advantages.
